Went off with terrence to sim lim
Saw many memory stick for my hp
$80 for 512mb - scandisk
and
$42 for 512mb - scandisk!!
WTH!! ya! tat is wad we saw. The same brand but selling at different price!!
Cheapest we found was $42!!
Went with him to bugis to walk.
Bought ice cream. Eat ice cream. Digesting Ice Cream
Then off to SGH to vist my friend
Then off to Doby Gawd to meet my other friend for a movie

Came home at 11am

HUNGERY! did not eat dinner
decided to raid the fridge and cook myself a decent meal

Healty Brown Rice + Mock Fish w/ Sweet onion black sauce.
yes i COOK it all on my own.
Cooked the rice.
Panfry the Mock Fish
Make the Sauce from scratch!
Here is the cooking instruction:
PanyFry 1 mockfish. Onces the outer skin is crispy, put it in the oven to continue cooking to ensure that its cooked all the way thru. Cut into half, keep it for later.
Saut'e some small onions, add alil sugar to it so as to Caramelise the onions.
Onces it turns brown, add some Soy sauce and thick dark sauce.
Add Sugar and some water.
Stir well
Taste it to see if its ur liking!
no good ? Experiment urself the adding of the sauce and sugar.
It should taste SWEET like teriyaki sauce with sweet onion.
Onces done, Drizzle over Mock Fish and Serve hot with brown Rice.
YUMMY!!!
hahaha ! Brown Rice is way more healty then Plain white rice.
No, i'm not health conscious. Just dat that is the ONLY kind of rice i have in my kitchen. My mom buys oni MIXED BROWN RICE w/ Husk or just PLain Brown Rice.
